Who we are
AI4DPI is a programme of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). AIT is responsible for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, university), proposal content and files you submit, event registrations, messages sent through the contact form, and basic technical logs.
Why we use it
To run the Call for Proposals, review submissions, communicate decisions and feedback, manage events and reply to enquiries.
Who can see it
Proposals are visible to AI4DPI staff and assigned reviewers, who are bound by confidentiality and conflict-of-interest rules. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Proposal records are kept for the duration of the programme and any reporting period required by funders. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to dpi@ait.asia.
